This is meant for trucks but actually works out really well on these dumb painted bumpers that most cars come with these days. I put two side to side on the back bumper of my small Honda, and I wish I had done it even sooner, before the painted plastic bumper got the inevitable scratches and snags. Not glamorous, but looks a heck of a lot better than a field of scrapes. If you live somewhere urban/ with parallel parking, I'd recommend putting these on before the first scratch. Again, not glamorous, but these were the thickest, most serious ones I could find online.

City life means gouged bumpers from license plate frames and God knows what... I saw these bumper strips on taxis and limos and decided to try them out...amazing protection and if installed properly, do not look awful - just effective!
