It's hard to understand and remember all of the adjustments of the display and to have your iPod play and be set to what you want using the radio.

The whole thing works and sounds great. Installation was easy.
***Certain Ford vehicles require you to flip the 1st dip stick to the on position. This is not listed in the manuals, but is posted on the autotoys tech help forum. If you do not switch it (if your ford requires it), then you cannot control your ipod with the buttons on your radio.***
Once I handled the switch problem, everything worked fine. The controls can be a little tricky, but refer to the card included with the PXAMG to use the controls properly.
I am very satisfied with my whole experience with autotoys. Every step, from ordering to installing, were very easy. Now I can throw away my radio transmitter, which never really worked well anyways.

I wanted the best sound for in my vehicle with the easiest stock hookup and no extra cables. This system is an easy install. I drilled a hole into the center armrest console to store the cable hookup and used velcro to attach the system in the large opening under the radio. There is the option to integrate the iPod control into the radio but using the iPod as intended works best for me. Very happy and will use it in the future for other vehicles I purchase.

Let's start with the most important thing. The product works great, sounds wonderful and is definitely worth the money. [...] The install went OK but there was one issue with control of the iPod from the iPod itself. After 45 min of trial and error, I gave up and called tech support. The good news: on Wednesday evening the day before Thanksgiving, I got a live body. I told him my issue. He knew exactly what I needed to do to resolve it – 5 minutes and done. Was really pleased with the support. Maybe I missed it somewhere in the instructions but resolution was that I needed to turn dip switches 1 and 2 to the on position to allow control from both the steering wheel and the iPod (one in iPod mode and one in AUX mode). I would definitely recommend this product.

The installation was not TOO difficult, but it took me a while. The performance is poor... something in the interface sends clicking sounds that are audible when the music is soft or low. But for the most part, it is a very efficient way to set up your iPod to listen in your vehicle without having to go through an FM station (hate those things!). Still, the next vehicle I get will be iPod ready...
