Elegant appearance. Problem is that the elegant appearance makes too many of the features and functions difficult to impossible to use.
With a Double DIN format, they could have spent less time on elegant and a whole heck of a lot more on functional.
Otherwise, it doesn't suck. As long as you memorize the textbook-sized operations manual and never go beyond the basics without the manual handy for cross reference.
It looks cool, it works great, just don't plan on using it without a lot of experience.
Also, the cell-phone download works with less than 10% of the phones on the market and you can't manually input numbers so don't get too wound up over the otherwise great phone performance.

Great if looking to replace a double din. Great sound. The bluetooth is awesome. No noise on either end of your phone calls. Only con is the nob controls take a little time to get used to.
