Comments about MAZDA AUXILIARY ADAPTER TYPE II:

easy to install, easy to operate, but the radio display shows a "timer" that continuously goes (not a Cons), probably due to the fact that it simulates a kind of tape...
it works great!

Comments about MAZDA AUXILIARY ADAPTER TYPE II:

I put this in my 2004 Mazda6. This thing is great. Couldn't be easier to install. This is my first time installing anything into a car and it was cake. Basically just plug and play.

Everything Trev said about this product is spot on.

Definitely buy this if you need a line in. Sounds awesome.

Comments about MAZDA AUXILIARY ADAPTER TYPE II:

This product is AWESOME! Super easy to install. (Once you get the dash apart...) It plugs right into a plug on the bottom of the factory stereo that would otherwise be used for a factory tape or minidisc player. Once the prduct is installed, all you have to do is press the "Tape/MD" button on the stereo and it will play whatever you plug into it.

This product provides the stereo with A/V cables like on a TV. You will need a cable to adapt those A/V lines to a regular 3.5mm plug which a headphone jack on any laptop, MP3 player, CD player ect. uses.

The dash in a Mazda 6 is not exactly easy to work with. I suggest finding a shop manual, either online or the actual book, and studying how to remove the center console and stereo panel. Once you have this part figured out instal goes very easy, no directions are really needed. Just plug it in and that's it!

I have a 2003 Mazda 6. I bought this product out of skepticism because it did not say that it was compatible with 2003s. It only said 2004+ But I tried it anyways and it works perfectly fine. So it works with 2003+ Mazda 6s and whatever else it is marketed for.

I like everything about this product. Its almost the same as having a factory AUX channel in your car. Works great and sounds great!
